Important Notes:

1. Please place order 7 days in advance for small orders and 3 weeks in advance for large order.

2. Any cancellation order MUST be made by SMS/call at least 3 days before pick up

3. Orders will be processed once 50% deposit is received. Please bank into my CIMb account.

4. Please make full payment 3 days before pick-up date.

5. Price may vary from time to time, mainly due to increase in raw materials.
